| What is the difference between Machine Locked, IP Locked, and Unlocked files? |
A Machine Locked file can only be used from a single computer.
An IP Locked file can be used from any computer with an IP address within a specified range. In practical terms, this usually means that it can be used by any computer on your organization's network. However, you can still only have a number of copies of the program open at any one time as you have licenses.
An Unlocked file can be used from any computer and by any number of users at once. |
|
| The DRM Account Name I was assigned is very hard to remember. Can I change it? |
| You can request a change to your Account Name by e-mailing bookstore@aashto.org. For security reasons, we can only process requests that come from the e-mail address of the E-Affiliate to whom the account is registered. |
